FLISA-Dtech™ – The new generation of fluorescent-based ELISA Assay Kits
FLISA-Dtech™ assay kits provide a fluorescence-based alternative to conventional ELISA for the sensitive and quantitative detection of target molecules in biological samples. Based on Time-Resolved Fluorescence Immunoassay (TR-FLISA) technology, these assays replace conventional enzymatic detection with fluorescence-based detection using Bright-Dtech™ lanthanide nanoparticles.
Poly-Dtech combines Bright-Dtech™ technology with established immunoassay formats to develop ready-to-use Sandwich FLISA and Indirect FLISA kits for the detection and quantification of specific proteins and other biomolecules.
Bright-Dtech™ nanoparticles provide high signal intensity, long-lived fluorescence, and excellent photostability. Time-resolved detection enables the measurement of fluorescence after a defined delay following excitation, reducing short-lived background fluorescence and supporting sensitive detection of low-abundance targets.
FLISA-Dtech™ assays follow a workflow similar to conventional ELISA. Depending on the assay format, the microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody or target protein. Samples are then added, followed by incubation and washing steps. In the detection step, Bright-Dtech™ nanoparticles coupled to detection antibodies are added, and the fluorescent signal is measured using a compatible time-resolved fluorescence reader.
Benefits of ELISA Assay Kits by fluorescence
Decreased limit of detection
Low background fluorescence
Long-lived fluorescence (Photostability)
Reduced assay time (from 4 hours to 2 hours)
Through TR-FLISA technology, FLISA-Dtech™ enables the detection and quantification of proteins, peptides, cytokines, hormones, antibodies, and other biomolecules in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.
Key benefits:
- Wide Dynamic Range: Enables quantification across a broad range of target concentrations.
- High Sensitivity: Low background fluorescence and intense nanoparticle emission support sensitive detection and low limits of detection.
- Long-Lived Emission: The millisecond-scale emission of lanthanide nanoparticles enables time-resolved fluorescence detection.
- Ease of Use: Ready-to-use kits with clear, step-by-step protocols for straightforward implementation.
Applications:
FLISA-Dtech™ Assay Kits can be used in a wide range of research applications, including:
