Link-Dtech™ Kits – Fluorescent Nanoparticle Conjugation
Link-Dtech™ conjugation kits provide a simple and accessible solution for coupling antibodies, proteins, and other biological molecules to fluorescent lanthanide nanoparticles. The straightforward conjugation procedure is designed to facilitate the preparation of stable nanoparticle–biomolecule conjugates without requiring specialized chemistry or complex equipment.
Each Link-Dtech™ kit contains Bright-Dtech™ “Ready-to-Couple” nanoparticles and the required buffers for the conjugation procedure. Simply follow the provided protocol to prepare your customized fluorescent nanoparticle conjugate.
Based on lanthanide nanoparticle technology, the resulting Bright-Dtech™ conjugates combine high signal intensity, long-lifetime emission, and photostability, making them suitable for a wide range of fluorescence-based applications, including TR-FRET, TR-FLISA, cell imaging, flow cytometry, lateral flow immunoassays, and Western blot.
