High-performance nanoparticles for LFIA

Poly-Dtech offers a specialized range of lanthanide-based fluorescent nanoparticles based on Europium and Terbium, specifically engineered for Lateral Flow Immunoassays (LFIA). Thanks to their intense fluorescence and long-lifetime emission, these labels provide high signal-to-background performance and enable sensitivity detection, including at low analyte concentrations.

Why choose Poly-Dtech for your lateral flow tests?

Integrating Bright-Dtech™ or Link-Dtech™ nanoparticles into your LFA can enhance detection sensitivity while keeping assay development and conjugation protocols straightforward. Whether you are developing an OEM diagnostic kit, advancing R&D, or upgrading existing assay, Poly-Dtech provide solutions to support your development from proof of concept to scale-up.

Our key advantages:
• Enhanced sensitivity compared with conventional visual labels such as gold and latex
• High-performance detection suitable for demanding diagnostic applications
• Industrial-grade reproducibility
• Multiplex detection using nanoparticles with distinct lanthanide emission profiles on a single strip

To visualize or quantify the fluorescent signal in your LFIA, an appropriate fluorescence detection system is required, this may include an UV excitation source (around 340 nm), or a time-resolved fluorescence reader. These systems enable sensitive detection of test and control lines and support semi-quantitative or quantitative analysis of samples.
