Monkey – Anti-HER2 antibody

Description

Anti-HER2 antibody is a fully humanized (IgG1 kappa) monoclonal antibody selective for the domain IV of the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor type 2 (HER2). Anti-HER2 antibody is indicated for treating cancers overexpressing HER2 such as breast cancer, stomach cancer and gastroesophageal junction cancer.

Our FLISA-Dtech™ – Anti-HER2 antibody (Monkey) Kit allows the quantitative determination of free functional Anti-HER2 antibody present in serum and plasma from monkeys using a fast, no photobleaching and cost-effective method. Indeed, TR-FLISA is a variant of the ELISA technique which replaces the enzymatic reaction by fluorescence signal and provides exceptional sensitivity and robustness, allowing the detection and quantification of various biomolecular interactions. FLISA-Dtech™ includes Bright-Dtech™ technology based on lanthanides which provide exceptional detection due to its high specificity and sensitivity.

 

TR-FLISA Assay Principle

In Bright-Dtech™ TR-FLISA method, detection/secondary antibodies are conjugated to fluorescent nanoparticles. A measurement of the fluorescent intensity is detected by exposing the microplate at a particular wavelength using time-resolved fluorescent reader. Indirect FLISA is used for the detection of an antibody against to an antigen immobilized to the surface of the multi-well plate. In indirect FLISA, a Bright-Dtech-conjugated secondary antibody against the host species of the primary antibody is used for detection.
