Multi-Dtech™ Multiplex TR-FRET Assay Kit Mouse IgM/IgG

![]()
Description
The Multi-Dtech™ kit enables the quantitative and simultaneous detection of mouse IgM and IgG in a single reaction from serum or cell culture supernatant. Based on the TR-FRET (Time-Resolved Förster Resonance Energy Transfer) method, this no-wash assay offers a fast, highly sensitive, and user-friendly protocol with minimal background interference. The kit leverages Bright-Dtech™ technology, delivering exceptional specificity and sensitivity for reliable multiplex biomarker quantification.
Assay Principle
The TR-FRET principle relies on the use of two antibodies targeting the same biomarker:
• One antibody is labeled with Bright-Dtech™ (donor)
• The second is labeled with a fluorescent acceptor
When both antibodies bind to their target (e.g., mouse IgM or IgG), the proximity allows energy transfer from donor to acceptor. The resulting signal is measured using a time-resolved fluorescence reader, ensuring high specificity and quantitative accuracy
