NoW-Dtech™ – Human IgG Kit
Description
Exploring proteins levels of Human Total IgG and drug discovery require precise and accurate detection and quantification. For this purpose, TR-FRET has emerged as a powerful and versatile tool in the field, revolutionizing the way researchers study molecular interactions and screen potential drug candidates. By harnessing the principles of FRET, TR-FRET assays provide exceptional sensitivity and robustness, allowing for the detection and quantification of various biomolecular interactions.
Our NoW-Dtech Human IgG Kit allows the quantitative detection of the human IgG biomarker present in serum, plasma or cell supernatant using a fast, wash-free and cost-effective method. NoW-Dtech includes Bright-Dtech™ technology based on lanthanides which provide exceptional detection due to its high specificity and sensitivity.
TR-FRET Assay Principle
Bright-Dtech™ TR-FRET method is based on two antibodies to detect the human IgG. Indeed, the first antibody is conjugated to Brigh-Dtech™(donor) and the second one is coupled with fluorescent molecules (acceptor). If both antibodies recognize the target, the fluorescent intensity of the donor is transferred to the acceptor and the signal is detected using timeresolved fluorescence reader to obtain a specific and quantitative result.
Human IgG Kit: Protocol
As shown bellow, the Human IgG Kit requires only one incubation step of 2h30 after the addition of detection reagents. Read the data sheet in detail before use.
