Our NoW-Dtech™ Human IgG Kit allows for the quantitative detection of the human IgG biomarker present in serum, plasma, or cell supernatants using a fast, wash-free and cost-effective method. NoW-Dtech™ includes Bright-Dtech™ technology based on lanthanides which provides exceptional detection due to its high specificity and sensitivity.

TR-FRET Assay Principle

The Bright-Dtech™ TR-FRET method employs two antibodies to detect human IgG. The first antibody is conjugated to Bright-Dtech™(the donor), and the second is coupled with fluorescent molecules (the acceptor). When both antibodies bind to their target, the fluorescent intensity from the donor is transferred to the acceptor. This transfer is then detected using a time-resolved fluorescence reader, yielding a specific and quantitative result.
