Poly-Dtech launches its first multiplexing test in TR-FRET format! – 14/05/2024

Poly-Dtech successfully released its first multiplexed detection test using its TR-FRET technology, marking a key milestone for the company’s product portfolio.

This test allows simultaneous detection of mouse IgG and IgM in a single well – without any washing or separation steps!

– Robust signal and excellent dynamic range

– TR-FRET readout for simple and cost-effective implementation

– A ready-to-use kit now available for R&D labs

This innovation opens the way to future multiplexed assays for other biomarkers and applications.

CRP detection in TR-FRET – New assay developed! – 28/03/2024

Poly-Dtech has developed a new C-reactive protein (CRP) detection assay based on its proprietary TR-FRET technology.

This quantitative immunoassay is:

– Ultra-sensitive, detecting CRP in the low ng/mL range

– Homogeneous and wash-free, enabling high-throughput workflows

– Customizable, compatible with various buffer matrices

With its strong signal and robust performance, this assay is ideal for inflammatory response studies and biomarker screening in drug development.

New publication: Game-changing LFA for LDH detection – 02/2025

Our latest paper presents a quantitative Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) for LDH detection, powered by Bright-Dtech™ nanoparticles.
✅ Ultra-sensitive (pico molar) detection
✅ Rapid results for point-of-care diagnostics
✅ Reliable alternative to traditional lab assays
This collaboration with Instituto de Reconocimiento Molecular y Desarrollo Tecnológico and several co-authors represents a major step forward for personalized and high-performance diagnostics.

New publication on lanthanide nanoparticles – accepted in Nanoscale! – 01/2025

Our latest research paper has just been accepted:

“Watching lanthanide nanoparticles one at a time: characterization of their photoluminescence dynamics at the single nanoparticle level”.

This work reveals new insights into single-particle photoluminescence, unlocking potential for next-gen bioimaging and diagnostics.
