NoW-Dtech™ – TR-FRET Assay Kits

Energy transfer occurs due to the proximity of two light-sensitive molecules (a donor and an acceptor) and is facilitated by the competitive wavelengths of the two chromophores involved. Based on Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (TR-FRET) technology, our NoW-Dtech™ TR-FRET Assay Kits provide unparalleled sensitivity and specificity for your research applications.

Employing our Bright-Dtech™ as a donor, background noise will be reduced. Indeed, our lanthanides-based fluorescent nanoparticles are characterized by an extended lifetime, emitting fluorescence for several milliseconds. Thus, a delay can be introduced between the excitation/emission of the nanoparticle and the reading. Thanks to this delay, the background noise is reduced, and the reliability enhanced.
