Nanoparticle kits for LFIA

High-performance nanoparticles for LFIA

Poly-Dtech offers a specialized range of lanthanide-based fluorescent nanoparticles (Europium & Terbium) designed for Lateral Flow Assays (LFAs). With their ultra-bright fluorescence and long-lifetime emission, these labels provide exceptional signal-to-noise ratios and enable high-sensitivity detection, even at very low analyte concentrations.

Why choose poly-Dtech for your lateral flow tests?

Incorporating Bright-Dtech™ or Link-Dtech™ nanoparticles into your LFA significantly enhances assay sensitivity while keeping protocols simple. Whether you are developing an OEM diagnostic kit, advancing R&D, or upgrading existing systems, Poly-Dtech supports your journey from concept to scale-up.

Our key advantages:
•  Superior sensitivity compared to traditional labels (e.g., gold, latex)
• Similar performances than gold standard in diagnostics
• Industrial-grade reproducibility
• Multiplex detection on a single strip possible

Choose our ready-to-use biological entities, supplied with buffers and Terbium nanoparticles, to enhance your LFIA assay:

      • Biological entities conjugation kit supplied with buffer and Europium nanoparticles in a microtube for LFIA.
      • Available volume: 200 µl, 2 ml, 8 ml
      • Biological entities conjugation kit supplied with buffer and Terbium nanoparticles in a microtube for LFIA.
      • Available volume: 200 µl, 2 ml, 8 ml

To visualize or quantify the fluorescent signal in your Lateral Flow Assay, a UV excitation source (around 340 nm) or a compatible time-resolved fluorescence reader is required. These tools enable clear detection of test and control lines and allow for semi-quantitative or quantitative analysis of your samples.
